Q: Will I get a full refund?
A: Yes, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method, minus a ₹120 deduction to cover return shipping costs.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Currently, we do not offer exchanges. You can return your original item and place a new order for the desired item.
